Damaged or defective items. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery through our Contact page with a photo. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, in most cases without needing the item returned.
Wrong item. If you received the wrong product, we will make it right at no cost to you.
Order changes and cancellations. Need to change or cancel an order? Contact us within 24 hours of purchase and we will do our best to update it before it ships.
